How to reset your password or recover your account

If you forget your password or can’t access your account, don’t worry — here’s how to reset it.

Step 1: On the login page, click “Forgot Password?”
Step 2: Enter your registered email address.
Step 3: Check your email inbox for the reset link, follow the prompts to set a new password, and log back in.
